Shoulder Stretch: Standing evenly on both feet, ears over shoulders, shoulders over hips, hips facing forward and knees over ankle. Draw your right arm gently across your chest-pressing arm into chest, keeping shoulders down. Turn your head to right, chin over right shoulder. Feel the stretch in shoulder. Hold and then do left side.

Hip-Back Stretch: Lay on your Back and gently draw your right knee into chest. Place left hand on outer thigh and gently draw right knee over to left side, keeping left leg fully extended. Extend right arm out to side just below shoulder. Look in the direction of your right arm. Careful not to pull on knee joint. Repeat on other side.

Ahhh…Full Body Stretch: Lie flat on your back. Reach your arms over your head, hands stretching in one direction, flex your toes…breathe…nice deep breath in, as you exhale point your toes. Repeat. Deep breath, on exhale, relax drawing your arms down by your side. Breathe…feel your mind and body relax. Ahhh…a good stretch!
